Swiss Made – Swiss Quality!
Over 25 years of experience in maize bale production continuously flow into the ongoing development of our machines. Each autumn, the developer himself operates eight of his own presses in the field to test innovations directly in practice and make targeted improvements.
Drive System
The entire plant is powered by a 15kW electric motor, resulting in energy costs of only about € 4.90 per hour.
Filling System
The machine is available in a mobile version with two filling options: dosagewagon filling (D) or tipper filling (K). The dosagewagon version offers a storage volume of up to 19 m³, enabling continuous operation with a realistic output of up to 60 bales per hour.
Pressing System
At the heart of the plant are two press pistons that compact each bale in a single working step, achieving exceptionally high pressing densities of up to 35 t per piston.
Wrapping System
During ejection, the bale is stabilized by vertical wrapping. This is followed by complete horizontal wrapping on the wrapping table. Only stretch film is used for packaging, no net or mantle film – reducing packaging costs per bale.
Control & Support
The maize press operates fully automatically. A mobile 12-inch tablet allows convenient monitoring and manual control when required.
The latest control generation enables remote maintenance and access via a secure VPN connection, ensuring quick support when needed.
Stacking, Transporting and Open the Bales
The optimized pressing process produces perfectly stackable, transport-friendly, and space-saving square bales – ideal for storage and logistics.
The bales are easy and clean to break down. Thanks to high compaction and dual-direction wrapping, they retain their shape. Slice-by-slice feeding is possible without crumbling or reheating.
